Day 1 : Arrive at ECO Resort where you will stay the next 3 nights.
When you arrive your room might not be ready until 14.00. If so, you can store your luggage and use the swimming pool to relax and splash around. The resort has many facilities to keep you occupied. Remember also to swing by the Go Beyond Service Office for a bit of inspiration, a friendly chat or that essential piece of advice.
A magical tour of Chiang Mai is on the program for tonight where you will explore urban Chiang Mai on 2 wheels. The old city never sleeps as you ride through small back roads and alleys, a perfect way to see the lives of the local people. You will visit a tranquil park where locals practice Tai Chi. The park is surrounded by ancient temples with their golden spires illuminating the night. You also pass by a night market with various types of delicious local food to sample. The tour departs from the starting point in the old city at 18:00 so we recommend to leave ECO Resort at 17:00-17:30. Please ask the Travel Advisor in the Go Beyond Office for directions.
The tour ends around 21:00 in the old city and you are free to continue the exploration on your own.
Day 2: Another beautiful day with explorations welcomes you.
Today you can sleep as long as you desire or you can wake up early and take a refreshing morning dip in the swimming pool. Breakfast is served in the restaurant between 06.30 and 10.30.
You are free to explore the city as you please, but be sure to be back at ECO Resort in time, as you will be picked up between 16.00 and 16.30 for your evening cooking course. You get to choose 4 of your favourite Thai dishes and then venture off to the local market to help shop for the right ingredients. When back at the cooking station you will be guided through the preparation and cooking by the funny chef. After a nice and well-deserved self-cooked dinner you have time to explore the night market or go back to the resort to relax.
Day 3 : Today you have to wake up early to be ready for the adventure zip lining.
Pick up is between 06.30 and 07.00. If you want breakfast a "grab-and-go" breakfast box can be arranged in the reception the night before (please remember to arrange by yourself). It is about 1 hour drive to get to the starting point of the trip. It is set in a local village that grows coffee for their living. Half of the staff employed is from the local village.
You will be instructed on and fitted with equipment – then it is off to the jungle and of you go zip lining through the forest canopy. Awaiting you are 28 stations (the longest one ranges a tremendous 900 meters1), 4 abseils and even a flying skateboard. You are guaranteed a lot of fun on this adventure.
You will go back to the camp where lunch will be served and expected arrival back in Chiang Mai is approximately between 14.00 and 15.00.
The rest of the day is free for your convenience. Ask the friendly Service Guide for suggestion, if needed.
Day 4 : Today is the last day of your package and you have to check out at 12.
00 noon. Enjoy breakfast served between 06.30 and 10.30. After checkout you will be able to store your luggage and take a shower if needed. If you need guidance or help for your onwards journey, simply ask the Service Guide for help and recommendations.

All year. In northern Thailand, the Jun - Oct rainy season can bring heavy and regular rainfall. The best time to visit is Nov - Feb, when it is dry and temperatures are at their lowest around 20-25 degrees. From Mar - May the temperature can rise to 39 degrees.
